Customer Services Manager – Vetstream

I returned to Vetstream in early 2007, having previously worked at Vetstream Ltd in 2004 & 2005 providing maternity cover. I am thrilled to be back and so is my black Labrador Max, who comes into the office with me every day.

Armed with 9 years of customer service experience, it is my job to proactively improve our level of customer service for all existing and new subscribers alike. I actively source new subscriptions daily using a wide range of information from our systems, whether new veterinary students, qualified veterinary nurses, or existing customers whose business has grown and need more access to our clinical information.

I also liaise with our distributors and sponsors worldwide to ensure that their customer requirements are met.

Outside of work I am happiest when I am walking with Max.
